My passions include professional development, technology integration for both students and teachers, emerging technologies, gardening and fish! I am looking forward to connecting with old friends and making new ones during NECC.

I'm feeling more left out now, then two days ago - but then its like going to a football game in person vs watching on TV. From here, I see more, get various ppl's interpretations and play by plays - but connectivity for you guys apparently sucks, and that is reducing the usability of the feeds from the conference. Time for NECC and Internet2 to pair up a bit, methinks! Wish the next one wasn't in DC - that's a tough city to get anything (technology wise) working in. Red tape, unions, etc... Lots of protective behavior.
Was actually just thinking about making plans to check out BETT 2009 in Britian. ;) Would be fun to go do some Research & Education related programs there...
Wish I could have been - but I'm still back in WI. But I'm virtually there in spirit! I love San Antonio! I'm really bummed I couldn't go. But I will get to do some neat museum conferences later this fall instead!
