I discovered a superb little tool today! It really helps guide you to age appropriate educative links very quickly. It is a site developed for use by Teachers and Students by the Teaching Matters group. It is called PageKeeper. The site is designed to give teachers a space to share links with their students. You [...]
There you have it!!
I just proved my point. I was totally typing up my last post and thought - wow I may be more of a blogger than I think! This might be just plain rubbish that all I might be good for is Virtual Campus creation! That is until I went to look for [...]
I visited an amazing campus today located in the jungle of Haiku, Maui. Some absolutely marvelous things were happening in this school. The buzz of brains having the freedom to think creatively and make pathways for success hung in the air.
The kindergarten class was adorned with craft, science and lego tables. [...]
Some things are learned so inadvertently that we could call it a revelation. When small pieces of knowledge are revealed to us it can be an awe inspiring moment. I had the privilege of experiencing this just the other day on a drive to Costco with my ten year old daughter. Here [...]

Moodle Up A Campus - Transform Education With Your Own Virtual Classroom For 21st Century Learning By Margit Barreras
These last 10 months I launched into an incredibly technical journey. Deciding I would whip myself up a Virtual Online Campus I knew I would need all the help I could get. As a website builder I am a complete novice. HTML what? So once I had decided that the moodle learning platform was my vehicle I needed to learn - rather quickly - how to drive!
Hi Margit,
I am a Hawaii Public Charter School teacher and just recently (2 weeks ago) started a tech journey of my own (although not quite as ambitious as your's). I love your webpage and am going to spend some time exploring it...
Hi Margit -- I can say we're doing some research and development now, and that I'm looking for feedback on how students and teachers would use a web-based product that works in many ways like Inspiration does. I expect you'll begin to hear more and more about this initiative from Inspiration as the months go on. But remember the "three T's" of software: Things Take Time.
Hey Margit - thanks for your note. Looking forward to meeting you in San Antonio and showing you around iCue and the iCue widget! If you have time, stop by the NBC News/NBC Learn booth and say hi! -Chris
Hi Margit. Tx for reaching out. I like the Sir Ken creativity video! And I've looked at 2Think2Learn and like very much what I see. I need to spend some more time in there. I'll be at the Saywire booth #6029 in the afternoons. If you can stop by. Meanwhile I go back into your site at after the conference to spend some quality time there. Again thanks for reaching out and I hope to meet you in person! June
Hi Margit
I am looking forward to meeting you in San Antonio. Check out the Adobe booth when you visit the Exhibits. I will be hanging out in the Adobe Education Leader area most of the time.
See you there!

Hi Margit, sounds like you have a great site. I noticed some of the videos were not working on the site?? Check out www.Fliqz.com when you have some time, we work with schools and education firms providing plug and play video solutions that makes it easy for you to post videos, collect and manage videos all through a player that reflects 2think2learn.com branding. Reach out to me if you have any questions.
