About Me:: I am a Social Studies teacher at an alternative high school in western Nebraska. Starting this fall I will teach online classes using Moodle as well as F2F hybrids. I love----LOVE-------Moodle!!! I am also passionate about Web 2.0 tools and finding the best way to seamlessly integrate them into my classes.

Why would that be? eRate does not pay for everything, nor can it require that everything we use require payment. Again, I'll add that to the list. Sure sounds fishy.

Next year it might be a little harder to get my district to pay for me to attend. I'll Google Scottsbluff to see where you are - in this day and age it seems kind of lazy to ask, LOL.
I will for sure be trying to continue conversations begun at NECC - it was so encouraging to meet and talk with others just as passionate about using technology in education as I am.

Maybe you could share with me how Moodle could be helpful. I teach 4th grade in a K-5 school, or is Moodle for middle and high school students. I really enjoy flopping back and forth with Twitter and Ning to recap NECC to see where this will take my school for next year. I feel your pain with no ebook after planning your lesson.
